Kevin McCormack

Dr. McCormack has over 30 years of business leadership and consulting experience in the areas of strategy (including digital business strategy), operations, business planning, business process engineering, reengineering, change management, supply chain management, organizational design and information technology implementation. His experience covers many national and international industry segments and a broad range of business processes. He has been a member of or has successfully conducted engagements with several government agencies and major companies in the food, forest products, pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer products, high tech and the plastics industry. Some of Dr. McCormack's clients have been Kraft, Philip Morris, CPC International, Cargill, Texas Instruments, USMC, Phillips Petroleum, Columbia Forest Products, Dow Chemical, Warner-Lambert, Standard Charter Bank, Microsoft, Tektronix, several state governments, Borden Chemical, Shell, Campbell’s, General Mills, Chevron-Phillips, Degussa, California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), Wal-Mart, Fairchild Industries, Microsoft and PepsiCo.
Dr. McCormack has held leadership positions in the food, beverage, chemical, consumer products and the information technology industry both in the U.S. and in Europe and holds degrees in Chemistry, Engineering, an MBA and a DBA. He has also taught Information Technology and Supply Chain / Operations Management courses at the graduate and undergraduate level both in the U.S., China and in Europe.  Dr. McCormack's area of research is Business Process Orientation and its impact on business performance and IT investments.
Dr. McCormack is or has been a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQC), the Supply Chain Council, the American Marketing Association (AMA), the American Production  and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Council of Logistics Management (CLM), the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI) and the Academy of Management (AOM).

Prior to forming JK Data Analytics with Kevin, Jim was Vice President of Business Development and Customer Support for Hilbert Technology where he established a network of value added resellers and representatives in the US and in Western Europe.  In addition, Jim developed marketing strategies, customer support service organizations, training programs, federal government contracting organizations and internal business development training programs. Jim established first time contracts with NASA, US Dept. of Homeland Security and the Dept. of Justice in the federal government market and Merck, Procter & Gamble, Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Warner Lambert, and  many others in the commercial markets.
As co-founder of JK Data Analytics, Jim is responsible for developing new customer relationships, delivering successful projects on time and on budget, and keeping all customers delighted.  Jim has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Jim Waters has held key management positions in the Information Technology field for the past 25 years.  Jim’s experience includes Project Management, Marketing Management, Business Development and Customer Support Services for large corporations such as Texas Instruments and Andersen Business Consulting as well as technology startup companies such as Advanced Computer Applications (MES) and Hilbert Technology Inc. (high speed data analytics).  Jim has been on the leading edge of many new technologies and concepts including:  Business Process Engineering, Manufacturing Execution Systems,  Enterprise Resource Planning Systems, High Speed Database Engines and Business Intelligence applications.
